The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025, registered under sections 318, 319, 336, 338, 340, 3(5) of the BNS, Section 47(a) and 58 of Jharkhand Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation has been made of recovery of foreign liquor from the truck and the name of the petitioner has been taken saying that petitioner is consigner of the foreign liquor. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner is having one criminal antecedent relating to Arms Act and N.D.P.S. Act. She also submits that the petitioner was in constant touch with the driver of the said truck which has come in para 10 of the supplementary case diary. 5. Considering that petitioner is having one criminal antecedent relating to Arms Act and N.D.P.S. Act and he was in constant touch with the driver of the said truck, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer of bail is hereby rejected.
