The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 4275 of 2026 representation dated 09.10.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner’s representation, seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 09.10.2025. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 09.10.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 4275 of 2026 hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. 7.
