Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-2), in terms whereof, the petitioner, who is serving as Grade-IV employee, stood transferred from Hamirpur to Jamanabad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the transfer order was bad primarily on the ground that the petitioner is disable and suffering from 50% disability. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:6709 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submitted that without conceding that the transfer order was bad in law, the respondent-Bank is willing to adjust the petitioner at Jwalamukhi. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner was called upon to have instructions in light of the said statement of the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank and on instructions, he submitted that the petitioner has no objection in case he is transferred and posted at Jwalamukhi. 5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction that appropriate transfer order shall be passed by the competent Authority posting the petitioner at Jwalamukhi, within a period of one week and thereafter, it be ensured that the petitioner serves at the said station for reasonable tenure.
