Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. Perused the writ petition as well as the documents annexed thereto. 3. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Opposite Party No.5-The State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the G.I.A. Case No.38 of 2023 within a stipulated period of time. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, further taking into consideration the fact that the Page 2 of 2. G.I.A. Case No.38 of 2023 filed by the Petitioner is pending before the State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar for almost three years, this Court disposes of the present writ petition by directing the Opposite Party No.5-State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar to make every endeavour to take up the aforesaid G.I.A. case and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months after providing an opportunity of hearing to both sides by passing a speaking order.
