This interlocutory application has been filed under Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the CPC for impleadment of the legal representatives of the respondent no. 2, who died on 30.10.2025. It is noticed that the appellate judgment and decree was passed on 22.09.2025 and, therefore, the respondent no. 2 had died after passing of the first appellate judgment and decree and before the connected R.S.A. 1/2026 was filed. Under the circumstances, having heard the learned senior counsel for both sides, prayer made in this interlocutory application to implead the legal Page No.# 4/4 representatives of respondent no. 2 as respondent nos. 2(1) to 2(5), as provided in the cause title of this application, stands allowed.
