Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 6 to 8. Since no adverse order is passed against the 9th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 9th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 3. On written instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that as per the compromise decree, dated 24.03.2025 passed in O.S.No.73 of 2020 by the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri, the petitioner and the private respondent, namely the 9th respondent will have to execute a gift deed in favour of the Panchayat gifting the land which forms part of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition as a ‘public pathway’. He would submit that till date, the said gift deed has not been executed by the petitioner and the 9th resondent in terms of the compromise decree, dated 24.03.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that a direction may be issued to the official respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation seeking mutation of revenue records once the petitioner and the 9th respondent execute a gift deed in favour of the Panchayat as agreed upon in the compromise decree, dated 24.03.2025 passed in O.S.No.73 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri. 5. After hearing the respective submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to make arrangements with the 9th respondent for jointly executing a gift deed for the land which is part of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the Panchayat as accepted by the Panchayat and on execution of the gift deed, the 4th respondent shall consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 22.10.2025 seeking mutation of the revenue records as prayed for in this writ petition on merits and in accordance with law thereafter as expeditiously as possible.
