Petitioner is permitted to implead Waqf Board, Uttarakhand Dehradun through its Chief Executive Officer as respondent no. 3. 5. Amended memo of parties be filed during the course of the day. 6. According to petitioner, he has moved a representation to the Chairman, Uttarakhand Waqf Board for constituting a committee for managing affairs of a Maszid. He submits that decision has not been taken on the representation, which was submitted on 16.04.2026. 7. Learned counsel appearing for the Waqf Board submits that petitioner has made representation to an authority other than competent authority. He submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the Chief Executive Officer by making representation. 2026:UHC:4616 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation to the competent authority within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter. 9.
