Singh, Advocate for applicant CORAM : NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J. DATED : 04.09.2026 This is an application filed by the applicant-wife, seeking transfer of Petition-A No.1237/2025, filed by the respondent-husband, which is pending before the Family Court No. 1 at Nagpur, to Civil Judge Senior Division, Warora, for adjudication and disposal in accordance with law. 2. The applicant-wife has filed a proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act at JMFC Bhadrawati. It has been informed that the petition filed by the respondent-husband is fixed for judgment on 08.09.2026.
