Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings in M.O.P.No.326 of 2015 is pending before the learned Family Court Judge, Puducherry. Accordingly, the learned Family Court Judge, Puducherry, is directed to dispose of M.O.P.No.326 of 2015 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
