This application is filed by Respondent No.1/Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati for extension of time to dispose of caste claim of the petitioner on the ground that as the petitioner has not produced Original Caste Certificate, the Committee could not verify the same. 3. Learned counsel Shri Ashwin Deshpande for the petitioner points out that in view of Rule 11(2) of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe Certificate Rules 2023, the petitioner is under obligation to produce Original Caste Certificate and, therefore, he every time attended hearing along with the Original Caste Certificate. Therefore, there is no substance in the contention. However, he submits that the petitioner would cooperate the Committee. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we extend time of two months to the Committee to dispose of the caste claim of the petitioner.
