For Petitioner(s): Mr.T.Sellapandian For Respondent(s): Mr.S.Arumugam, Government Advocate __________ Page1 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15294 of 2026 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to sub-divide and allot a separate joint patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 19.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of the petitioner’s representation dated 19.11.2025. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 19.11.2025, seeking for sub-division of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15294 of 2026 and for the issuance of the separate joint patta for the said property after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
