The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the following reliefs : i) Quash the orders dated 28.07.2023 bearing No.JRM /ADMIN /B /GRAMA.PA.PACS /C.R16 /2023-24 passed by respondent No.3 marked as Annexure-A and the order dated 01.08.2023 bearing No.SaNi. 38/R.S.R/86/2023-24 passed by respondent No.4 marked as Annexure-B by issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari; ii) Permit the petitioner to continue to function in its existing area of operation as per its Bye-laws; and iii) Grant such other relief as may be deemed fit to grant under the circumstances of the case in the interest of equity and justice. 2. Sri K.Prasanna Shetty,learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has dealt with the similar issue involved in this petition in W.P.17524/2023 and connected matters disposed of on 5th July, 2024 and hence, prayed to dispose of the petition in terms of the aforesaid judgment. 3. Learned AGA concurs with the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that the instant - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22514 WP No. 19525 of 2023 writ petition may also be disposed in terms of the judgment passed in W.P.17524/2023 and connected matters disposed of on 5th July, 2024. 4. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and perused the judgment referred supra. 5. In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, by following the declaration of law made by this Court in W.P.17524/2023 and connected matters disposed of on 5th July, 2024, the instant writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
