Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 23.01.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant opposes the prayer for grant of interim bail and contends that there are numerous issues to be considered before confirming the bail. He, however, does not dispute that the present case is primarily based on documentary evidence. He also does not dispute that the State does not require the custodial interrogation of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and no flight risk of any nature whatsoever has been pointed out by the State, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 23.01.2026 is made absolute. 6. However, if required, the petitioner(s) shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
