Petitioner is presently serving as Veterinary Officer, in Veterinary Hospital Laila Nursery Gram Panchayat Diswani, Chhohara Block of Rohru Sub Division, District Shimla, stated to be a hard/difficult area. The case projected by him is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station he preferred a representation on 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - 08.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.1/competent authority, seeking his transfer to a station of choice. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
