Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 2 months and the subject matter of recovery is 594 Gms. of Brown Sugar. Petitioner submits that she has two child as such she may be released on bail. I have taken into account the enclosures in the bail application which are dated 07.12.2024, 11.12.2024, 17.04.2025. Subsequently I find from the records that on 02.12.2025 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. A proper picture regarding the progress of the case has not been placed before the High Court for consideration of the bail application. 2 Learned advocate submits that for preferring an application before the Hon’ble Supreme Court the present bail application has been preferred. Be that as it may, with incomplete materials before the High Court, the High Court is not in a position to extend any assistance for liberty. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 237 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
