The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition may be modified to allow the petitioner to execute the bond with two local sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District. 3. Considering the request and the fact that the petitioner is still in custody, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in the order dated 17.11.2025.
