Sl.2 SwD 27.02.2026 Ct. No.34 C.R.R. 1273 of 2022 With CRAN 4 of 2024 In Re: Smt. Neha Chaudhury. ...Petitioner Mr. Pawan Kr. Gupta, Mr. Moti Sagar Tiwari, Ms. Sofia Nesar, Mr. Santanu Seth. …. For the Petitioner. Mr. Bitasak Banerjee, Mr. Raju Mondal. …. For the State. 1. It is submitted by the learned Advocate represented the State that in spite of the submission being made by the prosecution was recorded, inadvertently, in the appearance, the name of the learned advocates had not been recorded in the order dated 19th February, 2026. 2. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that in the cause title the name of the petitioner has been wrongly recorded as ‘Smt. Neha Chauduury’. The same is incorrect. It should be read as ‘Smt. Neha Chaudhury’. 3. Hence, the names of the learned Advocates be incorporated in the order dated 19th February, 2026. (Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.)
