The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with this writ petition and the same has also been filed by the petitioners before the 4th respondent. Since the application of the petitioners, dated 23.12.2025 has not been considered by the 4th respondent till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners’ application seeking for issuance of joint patta in their name for the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners’ application. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners’ application, dated 23.12.2025 seeking for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire.
