ORDER :

The petitioner has challenged Condition No. 5(10) of the Advertisement dated 29.01.2025 on basis of which the bid of the petitioner was rejected in the technical round.

Learned Brief Holder states that the respondents have revised their decision and have duly considered the bid of the petitioner and on that basis, even LOI was issued in his favour.

In view of the above, the challenge made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed.
