Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed his transfer from his present place of posting, i.e. Government Middle School, Khehar under Complex GSSS Raja-Ka-Talab, District Kangra, H.P. to GSSS Dhulaara, District Chamba, H.P. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been serving in and around the present area, as has been pointed out in the transfer order also, but he has a medical issue, which is evident from Annexure P-4 and in these circumstances, he submits that it would be in the interest of justice in case the petitioner be adjusted at some convenient station. Learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner is to superannuate in the month of June, 2028 and has just over two years to superannuate. In light of the fact that the petitioner is serving in and around the station from where he presently stands transferred, though this Court is not interfering with the transfer order, but this petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation, which the petitioner has filed, i.e. Annexure P-5, be decided by the Competent Authority within a period of two weeks from today, taking into consideration the medical issue pointed out by the petitioner and till then, he shall not be forced to join at the station to which he stands transferred and he can avail the kind of leave due to him.
