Respondent B E F O R E HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 30.07.2026 [1] Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. Savitri, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA on behalf of Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP for the State respondent. [2] By the present application being Crl. M.C. No. 28 of 2026, the applicant, who is the petitioner in AB No. 13 of 2022 prays for correcting typographical mistake in ‘para 12’ of the common order dated 11.04.2023 whereby, AB Nos. 13 of 2022, 14 of 2022 & 15 of 2022 were disposed of. It is pointed out that in ‘para 12’ of the common order dated 11.04.2023 in the ‘3rd line of para 12’, it is wrongly written as ‘accused no. 3 namely, N. Alexander Singh’. By the present application, the applicant prays that it should be written as ‘accused no. 4 namely, N. Amitkumar Singh’ and by doing the same, the nature of the order will not be changed. [3] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA for the State respondent submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in the nature of the innocuous prayer made by the applicant. [4] This Court has perused the materials on record. Accused no. 3 namely, Mr. N. Alexander Singh is not one of the accused and his name was Oinam Thoib a Meitei Digitally signed by Oinam Thoiba Meitei Date: 2026.07.31 10:38:26 +05'30' wrongly recorded in order in place of accused no. 4 namely, N. Amitkumar Singh. Accordingly, prayer is allowed. In the ‘3rd line of para 12’, ‘accused no. 3 namely, N. Alexander Singh’ should be read as ‘accused no. 4 namely, Ningombam Amitkumar Singh’. [5] With these observations, Crl. M.C. No. 28 of 2026 is allowed and this order will be in continuation of earlier common order dated 11.04.2023. JUDGE Thoiba
