1. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief:
“a) The Application be allowed; b) This Hon’ble Court pleased to kindly be to release the present Applicant/Accused on bail in connection with C.R. 547 of 2026 registered with Vita Police Station, Vita Dist. Sangali, on such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. c) Any other order just, proper and equitable order be passed in favor of the Applicant.”

3. Mr. Nakul Shukla, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of a change in circumstances or if there is no progress in the trial for a period of nine months from today. This request is not opposed by Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the State.
4. In view of the statement made by Mr. Nakul Shukla, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed for.
5. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court on the ground of a change in circumstances or if there is no substantial progress in the trial after nine months from today, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. Criminal Bail Application No. 836 of 2026 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
