Contesting this issue, this WM.P. has been filed stating https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 2742 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 3 Mr.K.R.Jegannathan had no issue at all and that there is absolutely no relationship between the petitioner and the deceased Jegannathan. 2. In response, in utter contradiction to paragraph No.4 of the writ affidavit, in the counter filed it has been stated as follows:- “ Mr.Jegannathan and his wife treated me as a brother’s son”. Today, the petitioner claims that he never had any intention to claim any right, either by inheritance or by blood relationship. 3. This averment in paragraph no.7 of the counter affidavit is in utter contradictions to the original affidavit. Hence, I am inclined to grant leave. Accordingly, leave is granted. 4.
