Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely detained in custody.
Learned advocate for the State submits that the investigation of the case is still in progress and the subject matter of the case involves recovery of commercial quantity of Buprenorphin.
Having regard to the fact that the investigation of the case is still in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to consider the prayer advanced in the application.
Petitioner would approach this Court at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 219 of 2026 is dismissed.
