This Court was of the view that the writ petition was not maintainable on the behest of the employee against respondent No.1 being a registered Society which is not under the control of the Government in any manner. 4. On 08.06.2026 learned counsel for petitioner sought time to satisfy the Court on this aspect. 5. Today, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the observation made by this Court. He seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings. 6. The permission, so sought, is granted. 7.
