Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by proceedings Proc.Rc.No.1368-B/2023 dated 13.07.2026 of the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Ongole, the proceedings dated 24.06.2026 is cancelled and Petitioner is directed to be continued in the post of Junior Assistant at Deputy Director (AH), Markapur and hence, no further adjudication is necessary in the writ petition. 3.
