By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.10/2020 registered with Police Station Mahila Thana, Jhalawar, District Jhalawar for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report received from the SHO, Mahila Police Station Jhalawar, District Jhalawar dated 13.08.2024 that after investigation Final Report negative was submitted on 21.08.2020 before the Special Judge SC/ST Court, Jhalawar and the same was accepted on the same date i.e. 21.08.2020. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
