For Petitioner(s): Mr. G.Palani ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.339 of 2013 and also to dispose of the suit, within a time frame fixed by this court. 2. The petitioner herein/ plaintiff initially filed a suit for specific performance and thereafter, he filed an amendment application in I.A.No.1 of 2023 seeking inclusion of alternative prayer for recovery of advance amount. The said amendment application was filed on 22.03.2023 and the same has not been disposed of till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court. 3. A perusal of the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that enquiry in I.A.No.1 of 2023 was over as early as in April 2025 and the petition was posted for arguments, after hearing both parties, the matter has been simply adjourned for clarification for several hearings. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 571 of 2026 4. Taking into consideration that the amendment application was filed in the year 2023 and enquiry was over as early as in April 2025, this court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the I.A.no1 of 2023 in O.S.No.339 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. 5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
