This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2026, annexure no.7 to the writ petition, sympathetically. 4. The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher (Physical Education), Government Higher Secondary School, Dulmot, Pauri-Garhwal. Owing to his hearing disability, he was attached by the order of respondent no.3 in P.M. Shri Government Inter College, Banskhera, Udham Singh Nagar where he joined his duties on 12.11.2025. 5. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner only on the apprehension that during Transfer Season, he might get transferred. 6. The writ petition appears to be premature and without any cause of action, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. 7. Accordingly writ petition stands dismissed.
