Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bailor should have land on his own name cannot be complied with as the uncle of the petitioner is ready to stand as a bailor but the land is in the name of the ancestors of the uncle. 3. Considering the said submission, the condition is modified to the extend that the uncle of the petitioner, who stands as a bailor will file an affidavit showing that his property is linked with his ancestors. 4.
