When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have passed the final order in the issue and this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 05.11.2025 passed by the respondents. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final order dated 05.11.2025 in the manner known to law.No costs.
