According to petitioner, he applied for electricity connection to the Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd., Haridwar, but electricity connection has not been provided so far. The date of making application for connection is 11.05.2026. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is running a Gaushala and electricity connection is needed for that Gaushala. 5. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel for respondents assures that decision on petitioner’s application shall be taken by the competent authority as per law within ten days. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on the application made by petitioner, as per law, within ten days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
