ALLOW the I.A.No.III filed by the Petitioner in the Crl.Appeal No.87/2025 seeking to exempt from depositing 20% of fine amount, in the interest of justice. iv. The concerned Court shall now consider the application on I.A.No.III and pass necessary orders bearing in mind the judgment rendered by the Apex Court in the case of JAMBOO BHANDARI v. M.P.
