JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "i. CALL for records. ii. QUASH the order dtd:25.2.2026 on I.A.No.II in Crl.Appeal No.87/2025 passed by the I Addl. District Judge, Davanagere, in so far as Condition No.1 directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the total fine amount before the Trial Court within 60 days from the date of the order by modifying the same, iii. ALLOW the I.A.No.III filed by the Petitioner in the Crl.Appeal No.87/2025 seeking to exempt from depositing 20% of fine amount, in the interest of justice. iv. Shivananda D.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner would now restrict his claim to a direction for consideration of the application that is pending consideration at the hands of the concerned Court in I.A.No.III. 4. The concerned Court shall now consider the application on I.A.No.III and pass necessary orders bearing in mind the judgment rendered by the Apex Court in the case of JAMBOO BHANDARI v. M.P.
