(Oral) Petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure No.6 to the writ petition) passed by respondent No.2, whereby, petitioner was transferred from Treasury, Udham Singh Nagar to Sub- treasury, Khatima. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that pursuant to transfer order, petitioner has already joined in Khatima on 09.06.2025. 3. Since, impugned transfer order has already been executed and the petitioner has come to this Court after a lapse of one year, therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter exercising its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
