This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1517/2025. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been remanded in another case and as of now he is in judicial custody. It has been submitted that there is an apprehension that if the petitioner is physically produced, he may meet a similar fate as that of his father Sushil Srivastava, who was gunned down in Hazaribagh Court premises. Learned counsel has therefore prayed that the order dated 12.12.2025 may be modified to the extent that the petitioner be directed to be produced through Video Conferencing. Learned Spl.P.P. does not oppose the modification, which has been sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. On consideration of the aforesaid, therefore, the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 1517/2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be presented before the learned trial Court on each and every date through Video Conferencing.
