The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for his wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 5th February, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.6659 of 2024. 2. Mr. Amrit Raj Kisku, learned AC to GA-V, while referring to the order dated 21st October, 2025 passed in Misc. Case No.01 of 2025-26 (Annexure-C to the show cause affidavit dated 25th March, 2026), submits that by the said order the petitioner’s application to issue rent receipt with respect to different plots under Khata No.261 of Mouja Aamtal, P.S. Baliapur, District Dhanbad by making entry in the Government online portal has been considered and rejected by the opposite party no.2. It is, thus, submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied by the said opposite party. 3. As against this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said application of the petitioner has whimsically been rejected by the opposite party no.2 by putting wrong facts that in the recent survey 2026:JHHC:10282 2 the name of “Anabad Bihar Sarkar” has been recorded so far as the land in question is concerned. In fact, the aforesaid land has been recorded in the name of Kartik Singh, grandfather of the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may. 5. Since in compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court, the opposite party no.2 has now passed the order dated 21st October, 2025 in Misc. Case No.01 of 2025-26, I see no reason to further proceed in the matter. 6. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no.2 is hereby dropped. 7. The present contempt case stands disposed of. 8. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law against the order dated 21st October, 2025 passed by the opposite party no.2 in Misc.
