Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) On the request of learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of without interfering with the transfer order, but with the observation that as the petitioner claims that she has a two and half years old child to look after and her is a couple case also, she may make an appropriate representation to the Authorities concerned to re-consider her place of posting and in the event of any such representation being filed within one week from today, let appropriate call thereupon be taken by the Authority sympathetically within two weeks as from the date of receipt of the representation.
