Service Cooperative Society Ltd., Kurnool District to the O/o 4th respondent i.e. The Executive Director,District S.C. Service Cooperative Society Ltd.,Ananthapuramu District as Executive Officer on administrative grounds without assigning any reasons and also without considering her date of superannuation i.e. 31- 05-2026 and even without giving preference on the Medical Grounds as she is underwent Major spinal surgery and suffering with multiple health complications, as per Rule 4 (iv) (e) of orders issued G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (HR.I PLG and POLICY) Department, Dt 15-05- 2025 is as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and contrary to the Para 4(ii) (iv) (e) of the G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (HR.I PLG and POLICY) Department, Dt 15-05-2025 and contrary to various judicial pronouncements in the subject matter and violative Article 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set-aside or quash the same in the interest of justice. B) Consequently to hold that the petitioner is entitled for retention at present place of working i.e. The Executive Director, District S.C. Service Cooperative Society Ltd., Kurnool District, as she 3 underwent spinal surgery and going to retire 31-05- 2026 in the interest of justice. Service Cooperative Society Ltd., Kurnool District, by taking in to her medical Grounds as per Para 4(ii), (iv) (e) of the G.O.Ms.No.23, Finance (HR.I PLG and POLICY) Department, Dt15-05-2025 IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the operation of the Impugned Proceedings Rc.No.A4/1545427/APSC/2021, DT:09-06-2025 of the 2nd respondent and consequential Proc.Rc.No.E1/183/2021, dt: 10- 06-2025 of the 3rd respondent, to enable the petitioner to continue in the present place of working i.e. at O/o 3rd respondent i.e. The Executive Director, District S.C.
