Mr. Rajendra Arya, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Vaibhav Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. S.K. Nailwal, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Ms. Anjali Bhargava, learned counsel for respondent no. 4. 4. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court of Assistant Collector 1st Class, Haridwar to expedite hearing of a partition suit filed under Section 176 of UPZA&LR Act. 5. Since the partition suit was filed only in 2021 and there are many cases older than the suit in question, which are still pending, therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to expedite the hearing of the suit. 6. The writ petition is, however, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make request to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the pending suit.
