[2026:RJ-JP:14014] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6055/2026 Murarilal Son Of Shiv Charan Lal, Aged About 68 Years, R/o Behind New Hospital, Roop Colony, Hindaun City, District Karauli (Rajasthan) ----Petitioner/Applicant Versus Kailash Chand Goyal Son Of Late Moolchand Goyal, R/o Gudadi Bazar, Near Arya Samaj Dharmshala, Hindaun City, District Karauli, Rajasthan. ----Respondent/Non-Applicant For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vikram Singh Chauhan For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 06/04/2026 1. Without joining the issue on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner only seeks an innocuous prayer for a direction that the rent application for eviction pending since the year 2024, may be ordered to be decided, as early as possible. 2. Considering the said fact, the present Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction that the learned Rent Tribunal may decide the rent application as early as possible, keeping in view the provisions of Section 15(5) of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001. 3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J KRATIKA /20
