On the date of occurrence, the defacto complainant went to the land and found it to be wet. When questioned the same, the accused abused her by using her caste name and assaulted her. 4.In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Sessions Judge, at Kancheepuram District to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with Crime No.41 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 8776 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989.
