ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has put up construction on a site which is having B-khata. Hence, respondent authorities have initiated action to have the same demolished.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the light of new regulations pertaining to Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), he may be permitted to apply for change of khata from B-khata to A-khata in respect of the property concerned and thereafter also make necessary application for regularization of the construction already put up.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the same.

4. Hence, the following:
ORDER (i) Petitioner is granted three weeks time from today to make the necessary application to the respondents; (ii) If such an application is made, respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders; (iii) Till such a decision is taken, no precipitative action shall be initiated against the petitioner; (iv) Petitioner is also prohibited from putting up further construction on the property; (v) The writ petition stands
disposed of accordingly.
