Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the following reliefs: 2 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 1 and 2 to take immediate cognizance, issue the No- Objection Certificate & direct the respondents to release the amount of gratuity and leave encashment without any further delay with suitable interest till realization. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 1 and 2 to decide the pending representations of the petitioner without causing any delay, the petitioner may also be kindly permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no. 1 and 2. 10.5 any other relief may be granted by the Hon’ble Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s substantive post was of a lecturer while working as a Incharge District Education Officer Narayanpur who stood retired upon attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2024. After retirement from the post of lecturer, the petitioner was not being paid the amount of gratuity and amount of Leave Encashment 3 however, the petitioner is only being paid the amount of leave encashment to the tune of 90%. Counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has submitted representation before respondent no. 2 for disbursement of the amount of leave encashment and gratuity, but till date representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered. He further submits that he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 and in turn the respondent no. 2 may be directed to consider and decide his representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer he is not having any objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration and considering the submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 2 and in the event such representation is submitted, respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the same by speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
