Learned standing counsel for the Respondents submits that pursuant the order of this Court, Petitioner was paid an amount of Rs.10,01,384/- towards encashment of earned leave and Rs.20,00,000/- towards gratuity on 29.06.2026. Further, out of total withheld amount of Rs.84,620/-, an amount of Rs.42,310/- was also released to the Petitioner vide proceedings dated 09.07.2026. 3. Noting the submissions of the learned standing counsel, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
