The present petition has been filed with a prayer for directing the respondent No. 1 to remove the freezing of A/C No. 264301503170 at ICICI Bank Ltd. Porompat Branch and to allow the petitioner transaction through her bank account. Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the respondent No. 1 has already defreezed the said bank Account of the petitioner by holding lien of Rs. 7793/- (Rupees seven thousand seven hundred and ninety three) only which is the amount involved in the alleged commission of crime. Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that as the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition has been granted by the respondent No. 1, the present writ petition can be closed as infructuous.
