Bora, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. V. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.82/2025 registered under Section 336(3)/318(4)/340(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The informant had taken loan from a Bank and he could not repay the loan therefore SARFAESI proceeding was initiated against him. Thereafter it was discovered that he used some forged documents to procure that lone. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have been co-operating with the Police Investigating Officer. 5. This is the only reason for which this Court is of the opinion that this 3 (three) petitioners do not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, their pre- arrest bail application is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioners on 27.06.2025 is made absolute. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
