1. Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga in connection with S.T. Case No.60 of 2022 arising out of Kuru P.S. Case No.196 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.519 of 2021, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that some miscreants had entered into the mines site and threatened the informant as well as the persons who were present and also exploded bombs and had committed assault upon some of the employees as well as left behind a handwritten letter purportedly issued in the name of the appellant, who has been described as a PLFI Commander. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the presence of the appellant or the place of occurrence has not been ascertained. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in

custody since 24.11.2025. Learned counsel submits that the only incriminating factor is the name of the appellant in the purported handwritten pamphlet, which was delivered by the miscreants at the place of occurrence. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 6.
Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant, we, while setting aside the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga in connection with S.T. Case No.60 of 2022 arising out of Kuru P.S. Case No.196 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.519 of 2021, direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ASJ- II, Lohardaga subject to the condition that the appellant shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause. 7.
