By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to call for the entire records in pursuant to the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra No.379/3, 383 Raqba 0.4050 Hec and 1.1330 Нес. situated at Village Devda, Tehsil Bhanpuri, District Bastar (C.G). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the concerned respondent authority to demarcation of land & map marking proceedings by constituting District level team pertaining to the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra No.379, 379/3, 383 Raqba 0.4050 Hec and 1.1330 Hec. respectfully situated at Village Devda, Tehsil Bhanpuri, District Bastar (C.G) in accordance with the provision prescribed under Chhattisgarh land revenue Code within time bound period, in the larger interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent authority to pay appropriate compensation to the petitioner for the damages caused to their land by the concerned authority. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for demarcation of the land in dispute as well as for the preparation of the map, was filed by the petitioner way back on 17.4.2025 before the Tehildar, Bhanpuri, District South Bastar (CG). They submits that the said application has remained pending for over a year, therefore, the concerned Tehsidar may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. 3. The aforesaid prayer is not objected by learned counsel for the 3 State. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents annexed with the petition carefully. 5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, without entering into the merits of the case and also considering that the subject application was filed by the petitioner more than a year ago, the concerned Tehsildar is hereby directed to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 6.
