This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 3961/2025 whereby, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the respondent authorities therein to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner therein. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure C/2, the respondent authority was brought to their notice about the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 29.07.2025. 3. Perusal of the said document (Annexure C/2) would show that there is no receipt seal in the said document as also, in the representation, there is no mention that the copy of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this 2 Court is enclosed. 4. When the Court has put specific question to the learned counsel for petitioner about placing the copy of the order before the Collector, District – Dhamtari, he submits that from the documents handed over to him, it is not reflecting that after passing of the order dated 29.07.2025, it is brought to the notice of the respondent authority as there is no receipt seal in the document enclosed along with the contempt petition. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of this Court, no contempt would be made out.
