Heard Sri B. Siva Rama Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 01.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17244 of 2026 and requested to pass a similar order in this Writ Petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport did not refute the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17244 of 2026. 6. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order dated 01.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17244 of 2026 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
